With downtown Raleigh at our doorstep, students have access to a variety of resources to create an interactive learning environment.
In a typical school year, our classrooms are extended into various traditional and non-traditional museum spaces. Guided study trips are designed around curriculum objectives providing authentic experiences for our students. Click here for the 2012-2013 study trips and experiences.
Students at M2M3 exhibit their work throughout the building. School-wide "Gallery Walks" featuring integrated coached projects are unique to the program at Moore Square. The concept of coaching is an integral part of the Paideia Principles.
Our partnerships with museums provide us with unique opportunities for collaboration on special projects. The Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) conducts a program with a group of 6th graders every year examining Downtown Raleigh: Past, Present, Future.
